The veranda overlooking the sea “is one of the four apartments of a villa just 350m from the sea in Sampieri. The apartment is located on the ground floor, in the side elevation of the complex, and is very bright thanks to a large terrace overlooking the sea where you can have breakfast, lunch or dinner.
It is very spacious, with four beds: a double bedroom and a bedroom with two beds; a bathroom with shower and a comfortable kitchen / living room complete with everything needed for cooking. In the apartment there is a washing machine, free WI-Fi and the latest generation air conditioner.
Sampieri is an ideal place to spend your holidays in total relaxation, the beach is very wide and vast, and to access it you cross a pleasant pine forest, where you can cool off in the hottest hours.
A few minutes from Scicli and Modica, the heart of the Val di Noto, Sampieri is an easily accessible destination also from the Comiso and Catania airports.
