Terms and Conditions

Appointment of a representative / booking manager

Members of a group during the booking process must appoint a representative to communicate on behalf of the entire group being booked. The booking representative is responsible for booking with Cento Sicilie and will be considered the contact person for all necessary communications in planning and making the booking. The booking representative must be at least 18 years old and authorized to make decisions for all members of the booking group.

Cento Sicilie will not be held responsible for any commitment made in the name and on behalf of the group, without the consent of each member of the group, by the booking representative.

Arrivals and departures

All customers can check-in no earlier than 16:00. The customer must clearly communicate to the owner / manager of the property or to CentoSicilie the expected arrival time at the property. If a customer has to change an arrival or departure time, the customer must receive a written confirmation from CentoSicilie. If an unexpected delay occurs during the journey to the property, such as a flight delay or a problem with the rental car, the customer must notify CentoSicilie as soon as possible. If for some reason the arrival time is changed due to:

  • or an unexpected delay that prevents the owner or property manager from arriving on time;
  • or a property owner or manager unable to handle a new arrival time, even if the new arrival time is communicated in a timely manner;

CentoSicilie will try with the customer to find a new arrival time that allows you to regularly carry out the check-in procedure. If the owner / manager or CentoSicilie are unable to deliver the keys to the property on the date of arrival, Centosicilie may decide to hand over the keys to the property on the next available day. If the arrival time has to be rescheduled, no refund will be given.

The property must be vacated by the agreed departure date, by 10am, in the presence of the owner / manager of the property. The property owner / manager will arrive by 9:30 am, as the check-out process typically takes 30 minutes depending on the property.

If the client has to check-out before 10:00, he must inform the owner / manager of the property on the day of arrival or with as much notice as possible during the stay so that an early check-out time can be agreed.

Payments

Are there other additional costs within the total price?

The respective municipal tourist taxes are not included in the price. The following tax varies from location to location, will be communicated via email and must be paid in cash directly upon check in.

Do I have to print the booking confirmation?

It is not necessary to print and present the booking receipt upon check in. It is mandatory to provide the reservation number (Id # number) with the respective valid documents

Cancellation policies

Cancellation at no cost can be made within 40 days of check in. In the event of cancellations made between the fortieth day and the day of check in, the property will not be required to return the initial deposit.

In case of cancellation within 40 days.

In case of cancellation within 40 days from check in, the property will refund the amount received as an advance.

In which currency is it possible to pay for the structure?

Payment must be made in the local currency: Euro.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the customer undertakes to maintain an appropriate standard of conduct and common sense during the period of stay. CentoSicilie reserves the right to request the removal of the person (s) at any time based on reports of inappropriate behavior that come from third parties including the owner / manager of the property, the neighborhood of the property / community or based on judgment DiCentosicilie Inappropriate behavior includes but is not limited to:

  • use of illegal drugs or participation in other illegal or disturbing activities within the property;
  •  increase in the number of people staying at the rental property without notifying CentoSicilie;
  • bring pets and / or animals in general inside the property without the direct consent of CentoSicilie
